Tray Spaidal is a seasoned Red Seal carpenter with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. His unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship, adhering to project timelines, and surpassing client expectations is the hallmark of his career.

His expertise spans the full spectrum of carpentry, from framing and roofing to finishing touches and cabinetry. Tray’s proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation ensures that each project is executed with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to specifications.

As the founder and owner of Bigfoot Contracting, Tray has demonstrated exemplary leadership and entrepreneurial spirit. Tray’s role extends beyond craftsmanship; he excels in project management, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring seamless coordination among subcontractors and team members.

Tray was a Project Manager at Flintstones Construction in Victoria, B.C. where he led and managed multiple projects, ranging from small-scale renovations to large-scale construction. 

Tray’s education includes completing his Carpentry Apprenticeship at Camosun College and pursuing specialized courses at BCIT, including BC Building Code, Building Envelope Performance, Financial Planning, and Customer Service & Home Warranty.
